Agricultural Innovations and Changes

Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap delivers a speech [January 2009] covering the latest agricultural changes and innovations in the Philippines. He further points out how sustainable the Philippine agriculture has become with respect to government's initiatives to take part for agri-development.

I must commend the government for one thing -- for its consistency!
Consistent in playing charades -- blurring the information about the current state of the many different sectors. Consistent in playing deal or no deal -- as it fails to reject the offer of US-Imperialist "bankers". Consistent in wearing camouflage to state the illusory gears of our "real" material condition.

The government manages to uplift the ideals of the peasantry before its huge crowd. In reality, peasant's fundamental rights are yes, aggregated but not articulated. Yap's alleged "development" must carry along certain tags, aside from "backward."

Misinformation. Prophetic. Illusions.
According to my Ds151 Course: Idealistic

Tama!
