A phrase saying, "people come and go," may now apply to cities.The phenomenon of urban decay tells the result of an unchecked development pattern in cities.
Due to people’s city to city migration to satisfy their needs and wants, the process of urban decay may happen. This occurs when an original number of inhabitants in a previously identified city is not replaced by a group of people as its "new occupants." This, in turn cuts the cycle of urban migration and development.
